Sub-Saharan Africa is home to the largest number of out-of-school children, with 20 million children currently not attending school. This staggering figure is a result of a combination of factors, including poverty, conflict, and inadequate infrastructure.

Synergy is a concept that refers to the interaction or cooperation of two or more agents to produce an effect that is greater than the sum of their individual contributions. In the context of education, synergy is crucial for overcoming the numerous challenges that hinder the delivery of quality education. Key challenges in education include:

• Infrastructural decay: The lack of adequate infrastructure, such as classrooms, libraries, and laboratories, hinders the learning environment and affects student performance. Inadequate funding: Insufficient financial resources limit the Ministry’s ability to invest in education, leading to a shortage of qualified teachers, outdated textbooks, and inadequate facilities.
